In early April, Zhongchen Light Machinery Co. and Anhui Haishen Yellow Wine Group signed a contract for a 15,000 bottles/hour yellow wine production line, including all packaging equipment from washing bottles to filling, capping, labeling, and hot shrink film wrapping, which is a turnkey project. This marks Zhongchen Light Machinery Co.'s official entry into the yellow wine production and packaging industry, and adds a new product line to its extensive product portfolio.

The filling of yellow wine involves first subjecting the material to UHT high-temperature instant sterilization, then transferring it to a storage tank for insulation and storage. The filling process uses hot filling at a temperature of 86-92°C. Since alcohol in yellow wine will evaporate at high temperatures, an alcohol recovery system is added during the filling process to ensure that the product is not lost. Therefore, Zhongchen Light Machinery Co., Ltd. has designed a new filling and capping system according to the user's requirements. The new filling system accurately aligns the bottles and eliminates leaks, and the filling valve ensures stable filling temperature, consistent liquid level, and the backflow control is achieved by mechanical cam lever. In the final stage of filling, the negative pressure principle is used to correct the liquid level in the bottle and ensure that the filling material temperature is within a controlled range. The capping system uses a track-type magnetic cap lifter and a ceramic cap technology without pressure marks to ensure a tight seal and a beautiful appearance of the cap. Advanced CIP cleaning procedures can thoroughly clean related equipment. Advanced automation control technology and programmable program design can ensure the smooth and smooth operation of the entire production line.

Currently, after the joint efforts of the design and production departments of the company, the equipment has entered the assembly stage and will soon be delivered to users.
