It has a maximum speed of 55,000-60,000 BPH and is suitable for the cleaning of recyclable glass bottles in beer, beverage, liquor, and condiment industries. Its structure is reasonable, with a recycling and energy-saving system, and the inlet and outlet of bottles are at one end. The outlet end can be set in a closed workshop, so dirty bottles are kept out, and clean and dirty bottles are separated, ensuring hygiene. The drive for bottle inlet is equipped with a safety device to protect the machine from damage. The main transmission and in/out bottle transmission use frequency synchronous control technology. The washing machine has many soaking tanks, so the bottles can soak for a sufficient time, which better ensures the hygiene of bottle cleaning. The temperature of the alkali soaking tank can be set and controlled automatically, and the liquid level is automatically controlled. The discharge device uses a finger-type discharge device, which runs smoothly and reliably. The out bottle process is fully automated, and if there is a jam or bottle blockage, the machine will automatically stop, and the bottles can be manually reset after the fault is resolved. The spraying device uses a rotating tracking washing method to wash the inner walls and bottom of the bottles at different angles, maximizing the reduction of hygiene dead corners and achieving excellent cleaning effects. The nozzle direction alternates, which has excellent self-cleaning and unblocking effects, ensuring the smooth flow of nozzles. The loading and unloading of bottles is automated, and operation and maintenance are easy, making it an ideal washing equipment for beer and beverage factories.
