100-Day Big Push | Zhongchen Light Machinery Passes ISO9001 Quality System Supervisory Audit

      From November 25th to 26th, 2021, four experts from China Certification & Inspection Group Anhui Co., Ltd. conducted an on-site audit of Zhongchen Light Machinery's ISO9001 quality management system.


 

       The audit team conducted a thorough audit of 5 functional departments and 2 workshops. Through reviewing documents and records, conducting interviews, and conducting on-site observations, the team conducted an audit of Quality, R&D, Sales, and Production Management processes at Chongcheng Light Machinery with a rigorous and meticulous, objective and impartial attitude. The audit team gave a very high evaluation of Chongcheng Light Machinery's quality system operation; praised the company for conducting in-depth internal audits and management reviews; and expressed approval of the changes and the environment of the assembly workshop. It was evident that the management representative and senior leaders have always given high priority to ISO9001 quality management system, and that all departments have well-established workflows and relevant records, and are able to comply with the system requirements.
 
 
       During the audit process, every teacher felt that Zhongchen Light Machinery has already implemented the ISO9001 standard on a daily basis, and all production tasks are carried out around the idea of the ISO9001 standard. The operation of the system is effective. At the final meeting, Chen Rongnan, the head of the audit team, praised us while also putting forward some requirements and valuable suggestions for enhancing the company's quality system operation: 

* A suggestion should be made to add markings to the process of machining parts;

* The process documents in the assembly workshop should be further refined;

* More attention should be paid to collecting information on defective products during assembly and testing;

* More detailed inspection standards can be established for different products;

* An updated customer satisfaction survey form should be created to collect customer opinions on a few key issues.

 

 

       Chairman Zha Zhengwang gave instructions at the final meeting that the 1 non-conformity item pointed out by the external audit team should be closed as soon as possible. He also instructed that the problems pointed out by the audit team should be resolved with determination. Despite the full workload, quality issues are the top priority, and he urged everyone to pay more attention to it, think more, and learn from one case to avoid similar issues in the future.

      Finally, the audit team unanimously concluded that Zhongchen Light Machinery has the ability to achieve all the targets and objectives, the resource allocation can meet the needs, the company's standardization work is solid, quality awareness has taken root in people's minds, and the system operation is sustainably effective.
