       The project mainly involves upgrading the client's existing bottled water production line to an aerated drink production line. The focus of the project is on the renovation of the existing blow-fill-seal system. By utilizing the client's existing blow molding machine, a filling and capping section was added, completing the implementation of the blow-fill-seal integrated design. Additionally, a new flow meter technology beverage mixing machine was also installed.

 

       During the project decision-making stage, the customer conducted comprehensive inspections and evaluations and learned that Zhongchen Light Machinery has always maintained a leading advantage in the field of gas-containing products. Considering Zhongchen Light Machinery's good operational performance in its already completed projects, the customer finally decided to award the project to Zhongchen Light Machinery in August 2021. Zhongchen Light Machinery did not disappoint the customer and, despite the impact of the global pandemic and tight supply chains, utilized its resource advantages, manufacturing capabilities, and remote service capabilities to deliver the project on schedule. The company arranged engineers to install and commission the equipment as soon as the equipment arrived on site. During this period, Zhongchen Light Machinery fully utilized its independent blowing, filling, and capping professional technical advantages to solve a number of difficult points, such as equipment interconnection, synchronous control, and overall automation, helping the customer to quickly start production and seize market share.
